I started this blog as a place to capture and share ideas about leading teams. Little did I know that leading my team would take over most of my brain and all of my time. While focused on the team, I told myself that I didn’t have anything else to say, that I should just focus on my team and doing right by the people in my site.
2020 reminded me that I have more to say.
